Members of the Friends of Peirce Board are elected representatives of our school. Friends of Peirce meets the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the Field House. All are welcome to attend!
Who are the Board of Directors of Friends of Peirce?
All members are eligible for candidacy to the Board of Directors. Anyone interested in being a Director should apply to the Board here. Board of Directors are chosen from a pool of applicants through a nominating process at the Annual meeting held in June at the end of the fiscal year. (Who is a member of Friends of Peirce? What does the Board of Directors do?
The Board of Directors plans and coordinates fundraising initiatives and financial management of those funds to support Friends of Peirce’s Mission. Annual funding priorities are identified by the school administration and presented to the Board of Directors. Historically, annual recurring funding commitments total ~$65,000 annually.
Peirce Service Organization Volunteer Leadership
Parent volunteers are the energy and organization behind many rich programs and events. They coordinate the Room Rep program and organize and put countless hours into wonderful community building events. They also help us with our fundraising efforts.
